Jeff has over 15 years combined experience as a Job Search Specialist and a Human Resources professional. He founded his company, Resumes First - Job Search Systems, to assist companies with downsizing and also to help individuals with resume writing, job search techniques and interview preparation skills.  He is a certified Train the Trainer, Personality Dimensions and DDI Instructor where he teaches at Conestoga College as an Associate Faculty member.  He has co-authored 2 books; The High Impact Resume and The High Impact Interview and has made several television guest appearances providing viewers with valuable resume writing and interview preparation tips. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Psychology.

Rod Pfisterer

As a corporate trainer, Rod has trained franchise owners and managers in a variety of hiring techniques including recruiting, interviewing and selection. With 17 years experience, he is an expert in crafting questions used by employers during hiring interviews that reveal inherent personality traits in the interviewee. He has applied his diverse talents to scripting, directing and producing several highly successful television commercials. Co-author of The High Impact Resume and The High Impact Interview workbooks, Rod obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology where he focused on Cognitive and Perceptual Processes.
